Oct 22, 2020 · I have the same issue when on the desktop, "check your internet connection and try again". When I go to the web version it simply tells me the person is not part of my dropbox team. I have never had an issue in the past trying to share files with someone outside of my dropbox team. Please fix this.

Whenever I try to view a file someone has sent me, the Dropbox app in my phone (Android, Samsung Galaxy S9+) says "couldn't connect to DropBox, please check your internet connection". I have internet connection (I've tried it with full LTE bars and with full wi-fi), but it still gives me the message and won't allow me to view the files.

Hi, I was uploading a file with file size 8MB in www.dropbox.com, but it show "something went wrong while uploading this file. check your connection to the internet". If i upload less then 4MB file, it can be upload successfully, but more then 7MB file, it cannot upload.

But there's internet because I'm able to browse the internet just fine. I have Windows 11 Home 64bit. So I tried installing using the Dropbox offline installer. I was able to install Dropbox, but when I try to start it, it still says "No internet connection. Your computer is currently offline. Please check your network settings."

3. if there is a time out from numbers 1 to 5, it means theres something wrong with the modem or there's something wrong with your isp's connection. If the timeout is from 6 to 13, it means your connection is not connecting to the dropbox server. Meaning there might be a firewall from the ISP side that's preventing you to connect.
