Aug 18, 2011 · University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill police have arrested Curtis Rene Mellott, 46, of Chapel Hill on a charge of felony larceny of a privately-owned aircraft. Mellott was apprehended Thursday (Aug. 18) afternoon at his residence, 114 Mel Oak Drive.
