Two Chinese citizens were captured fighting for Russia in eastern Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky said. The Ukrainian president claimed his forces had fought with and detained six Chinese soldiers in Donetsk and that there were “many more” in the Russian ranks.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said his intelligence services had documentary evidence that at least 155 Chinese nationals were fighting on the Russian side in its war on Ukraine.
