A tow truck driver was killed after the axle of another vehicle collapsed on him while he was working in Chesterfield.

The city has approved roughly 10 new street signs a year for six years. At $700 a sign, the cost is adding up.

DPU spokesperson Rhonda Johnson said an "operator in responsible charge" should have been responsible for reporting the issue to the state and counties in a timely manner.
