The 19th District Court trial of one of three people arrested in connection with the death of a man whose body was found dumped in a ravine has ended in a hung jury and will be retried at a future date.

The final members of the jury were picked just before 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in Allen County, rounding out the group of 16 people who will decide the fate of accused killer Richard Allen, according to media reports from the courtroom.
