A deal to send Luciano Acosta, the best attacking player in FC Cincinnati history, to FC Dallas is being finalized, an MLS source with knowledge of the deal confirmed to The Enquirer on Tuesday. Tom Bogert of GiveMeSport first reported on the deal, which he said would fetch FCC more than $5 million.

The team captain expressed a desire to leave the club shortly after it was eliminated from the MLS Cup Playoffs last season.
