Another retailer is relocating its headquarters to Plano. Sally Beauty Holdings, which has been located in Denton for the past 40 years, announced Wednesday it is relocating to the Legacy West area. Sally Beauty is joining Toyota Motor North America,

Sally Beauty, which serves consumers and hair stylists, plans to relocate its headquarters to office space in Legacy West. It plans to bring about 600 jobs.

Sally Beauty sold its headquarters to Denton County for $45M in September. It has been leasing that building since then while looking for a new home.

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc., announced it would leave Denton and relocate its corporate headquarters to Plano. In a news release, the company founded in 1964, the company will lease 140,000 square feet of office space at 7900 Windrose Avenue in the Legacy West development.
