Cold Day to severe cold day conditions are very likely to prevail in some parts of Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Uttar Pradesh on January 1 and in isolated pockets of Uttar Pradesh on January 2. Meanwhile, cold day conditions are expected in isolated pockets of Madhya Pradesh till January 2.
