APACHE JUNCTION, AZ (AZFamily) — If you’re looking for an affordable home, a lot of people are setting their eyes in the East Valley, where Apache Junction is booming with development.

Apache Junction police have arrested two young men who allegedly scammed an elderly woman out of $82,000.

according to the East Valley Tribune. The city bought the property with money out of its general fund. Apache Junction officials will now attempt to attract businesses to develop the area.
