The Deerbrook Mall Sears closed in 2020, along with the one at Willowbrook Mall. The estimated $2 million renovation is expected to start on June 1 and to be completed one year later, per the filing.

The former Sears at Deerbrook Mall in Humble is set to become Score Entertainment, a nearly 150,000-square-foot complex packed with activities.
