Richard Barnett told jurors at his criminal trial in 2023 that he regretted throwing his feet on then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s in an infamous photo taken during the Jan. 6 violent riot at the U.S. Capitol. Apparently, he didn’t mean what he said at the time. Or, at the least, has since had a change of heart.
