The folks over at Mercedes-AMG call the GT 63 S E Performance 4-Door a coupe, but our eyes see four doors. We're willing to overlook that discrepancy, though, because the wait for Affalterbach's most powerful family-friendly version of the AMG GT sports car is finally over

Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S E Performance four-door. Although the team hasn't had the same amount of success since the introduction of ground effects in 2022, Mercedes-AMG won seven championships on the trot between 2014 and 2020.

AMG GT 63 S E Performance arrives in the US with 831 hp and a PHEV twin-turbo V8. Performance remains extreme with 0-60 mph in 2.8 seconds and a 197 mph top speed. Pricing is still unconfirmed but will slot above the GT 43 and GT 53 models.

Mercedes announced late on Monday that the 2025 GT 63 S E Performance 4-Door Coupe is priced from $200,100, including a $1,150 destination charge, which is up $4,050 on the previous year. No other changes have been made for the new model year, apart from some additional paint options.
