On April 29th, Mary Jo (88) passed peacefully, surrounded by family, in the comfort of her own home. While she never complained, she courageously battled the progressive decline of pulmonary fibrosis.

Mary Jo Cagle, 88, of Sylva, N.C., went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 1, 2025 after a brief illness at Harris Regional Hospital.
