The Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission will be reviewing proposals in may for black bear hunting later this year.

Morgan Richardson, FWC’s director of hunting and game management, said the agency was proposing a statewide harvest of 187 bears, 18 of them in Central Florida ... who aim for big-game trophies.
