Team owners are looking to capture a share of the fast-growing sports tourism market with hotels next to their ballparks.

A new four-story Tru by Hilton hotel is now open and offering overnight stays in McKinney, staff at the location confirmed.

The hotel under construction at 2727 Fairfield Commons Road will house a Fairfield Inn & Suites and Towneplace Suites, both Marriott brands, per documents submitted to the city of Beavercreek.
