UConn defensive lineman Pryce Yates is joining coach Bill Belichick's transfer portal class at North Carolina, multiple outlets reported.

After visiting the Tar Heels in early September, Rolesville High School (N.C.) junior edge rusher Zavion Griffin-Haynes committed to then-UNC football head coach Mack Brown. But soon after the program parted ways with the 73-year-old in late November, the 6-foot-6, 220-pound four-star backed out his pledge.

NFL Network reports that Brady “spoke recently with his old coach about what it would take to make a reunion happen.”

Bill Belichick became the coach of UNC, but now multiple teams are reportedly in the mix to attempt him to make a switch back to the NFL, including Tom Brady.
