None of the multiple former Big Lots stores were announced to reopen in the immediate Lehigh Valley. The one at 7150 Hamilton Blvd. in Upper Macungie Township will become an Ocean State Job Lot this summer.

Retail store Big Lots has announced it will reopen several stores across the United States in two phases throughout May 2025.

Big Lots, which once looked headed for the retail scrap heap, now plans to expand in more than a dozen states.
