Tampa Bay Rays right-hander Alex Faedo (shoulder) is expected to start the season on the injured list due to a right-shoulder injury, according to MLB.com's Adam Berry.

At the moment, the problem does not look too serious, with Faedo hopefully back in weeks rather than months. That could change, however, if the Rays need a 40-man roster spot.
