Marquette's rally comes up just short as Xavier hands Golden Eagles first Big East loss

MU (15-3, 6-1 Big East) suffered its first regular-season setback at home since last season's finale against Connecticut. The Golden Eagles needed to scrap for their last two conference victories, rallying from 14 points down to beat Georgetown and then needing overtime to beat DePaul on Tuesday.
