Former Deputy Assistant Attorney General John Yoo joins 'America's Newsroom' to discuss the Supreme Court's stance on Trump's transgender military ban and the latest on the feud between the president and NY AG Letitia James.

The Supreme Court said Tuesday that the Trump administration can begin immediately enforcing a ban on transgender service members in the military.

Lower courts had blocked the policy, saying it was not supported by evidence and violated equal protection principles.
