The Cleveland Browns revitalized their rushing attack during the NFL draft. The team selected Ohio State running back Quinshon Judkins with the 36th pick and Tennessee Volunteer Dylan Sampson in the fourth round. The two running backs, who have complementary skill sets, will hopefully form a dynamic duo in Cleveland.

While his fall to the fifth round will be remembered for many years to come, the Browns hope they got the steal of the century. Deion Sanders' son was projected as a top-ten pick, but ended up going 144th overall.

Vardell was known as “Touchdown Tommy” in college, and was solid during his first two seasons with Cleveland, logging 1,013 yards on 270 carries and three touchdowns. His final two seasons, however, were limited by injuries and resulted in 19 carries through 10 games.
