Surveillance video captured the shocking moment the road folded beneath the SEPTA bus in Philadelphia's Hunting Park neighborhood.

A man struck and killed Friday night by a SEPTA bus in South Philadelphia was identified by police Saturday as Michael Spooner, 35. A 29-year-old woman not named by police but described as Spooner’s wife was also struck.

According to investigators, the couple was attempting to cross Front Street in the crosswalk when they were hit by the bus.
