Harvard donations plunge 15% as alumni cut ties over weak response to campus antisemitism
Harvard University warned that donations to its endowment have nosedived as outraged alumni cut ties with the school over its feeble response to on-campus antisemitism. Cash gifts to the Ivy League school fell about 15% to less than $1.2 billion during the fiscal year ended June 30, according to a Harvard financial report released Thursday.

Gifts specifically to Harvard’s endowment fell by 34%, dropping to $368.1 million from $560.6 million the year before. However, the school’s investment fund still gained 9.6% for the fiscal year, bringing its total value to $53.2 billion — the largest academic endowment in the world.
