A storm system centered over the central United States continues to bring a multi-day stretch of severe weather across parts of the Plains and Midwest.

It could be a slow-go for the Monday morning rush hour as heavy downpours and storms roll through. No severe weather is expected but plan on extra time getting to work and school. We’ll dry out later ...

The nice weather will linger into Easter Sunday ... The heat doesn't go anywhere next week either. We'll continue to have high temperatures in the mid to upper 80s.
