Incoming border czar Tom Homan says the White House will need $86 billion from Congress to kick-start the incoming Trump administration’s mass deportation plan — and that’s only the beginning.

President-elect Donald Trump’s incoming Border Czar Tom Homan predicted authorities are “going to find a connection” between the Las Vegas and New Orleans attacks on New Year’s Day.

Homan, who served as the acting director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement from 2017 to 2018, is widely regarded as a key architect behind the controversial family separation policy.
