Rod Clark spent four seasons as an assistant coach with Tennessee basketball on Rick Barnes' staff. He was hired at Indiana by coach Darian DeVries.

The Fever added championship-tested veterans Natasha Howard, DeWanna Bonner and Sydney Colson to help support Clark, who finally had an offseason to get stronger and work on her game.
