The Celtics started their title defense by beating the Magic in five games in their first-round playoff series

The entire 2025 NBA Eastern Conference Playoffs first round series between the Boston Celtics and the Orlando Magic has been chippy since Game 1, and in Game 4, Orlando head coach Jamahl Moseley and star Boston forward Jayson Tatum had some words near the Magic bench after Tatum got knocked to the ground and Moseley stood over him.

The Celtics tied their season high with 21 turnovers in Game 3, and that should be a point of focus for them in Game 4. They also shot just 33% from deep in Game 3. Expect in improvement in both those areas. Boston was a league-best 17-4 ATS after a loss this season.
