The growth in youth hockey and shortage of ice rinks is fueling the proposed complex in an industrial part of the city of Delaware.

Monterey Skates is bringing roller skating back to the peninsula. Their official grand opening is the weekend of June 20. On Saturday, they hosted a soft launch.
