Starting Wednesday, people traveling on a domestic flight and using a state-issued ID to get through security are required to have one that meets federal REAL ID requirements.

While Wednesday is the deadline, TSA says they are still in phased enforcement. If you still don't have a REAL ID, you just have to take some additional steps.

If you don't have one and are taking a flight, prepare to spend extra time in security going through extra screening.
