Ravens offensive coordinator Todd Monken is a busy man, especially this time of year. Now in his second season in Baltimore, the 58-year-old assistant is the play caller for one of the league’s top offenses spearheaded by NFL Most Valuable Player Award candidate Lamar Jackson and star running back Derrick Henry.

The Jaguars also have interviewed Tampa Bay Buccaneers OC Liam Coen, former New York Jets coach Robert Saleh, Las Vegas Raiders defensive coordinator Patrick Graham, Kansas City Chiefs DC Steve Spagnuolo and Detroit Lions OC Ben Johnson and DC Aaron Glenn.

The top head coaching candidate this hiring cycle is Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson, and it’s not particularly close, but former Georgia offensive coordinator and current Ravens offensive coordinator Todd Monken deserves more recognition.
