A man and his son have been charged in a homicide investigation after a 36-year-old from Montgomery was shot and killed Sunday morning.

It’s a call Kandy Raspberry thought she would never receive, an unknown caller saying her sister, Karla Barclay, was killed in a hit-and-run.
