McDowell High School, McDowell Early College, East McDowell Middle School, Pleasant Gardens Elementary and West Marion Elementary will have new leaders.

Commissioner of Education Karla Eslinger praised the Missouri Gold Star Schools for their hard work and academic excellence.

In the next few weeks, seniors in Emmet and Charlevoix counties will be receiving diplomas in ceremonies at area schools.
