METROPOLIS, Ill. (WSIL) -- A boil water order has been issued for water customers in Metropolis on Sunday. The Metropolis Fire Department informed residents at 3:14 p.m. on January 26, about the boil water order. The order was issued for areas including the hospital, Lindsey, Hilcrest, Marberry, Hilanoa and Cedar Lanes.
