A nonprofit business incubator is celebrating moving into new digs in a historic building on the city’s main downtown strip.
The popular nonprofit called 1909 is taking over 9,000 square feet on Clematis Street in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach for its new headquarters.
The association has been unable to pay its obligations, including water bills, because “many” unit owners are not making monthly assessments, a letter stated.
The sellers completely rebuilt the house at 225 Jamaica Lane, which is priced at $9.2 million on the North End of Palm Beach.
