Alex Turcotte scored twice and notched an assist as the Los Angeles Kings thumped the struggling Vancouver Canucks 5-1 on Thursday.

The Los Angeles Kings snapped their brief two-game losing streak on Thursday, thanks to a strong first period where they jumped out to a 3-0 lead before the game was 10 minutes old.

Jaden Schwartz had a hat trick in the Seattle Kraken’s 4-2 win against the Los Angeles Kings at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle on Saturday. Kaapo Kakko had three assists to extend his point streak to five games, and the Kraken (20-24-3) ended a three-game home losing streak (0-2-1). Joey Daccord made 28 saves.
