Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson did not mention Trump by name during remarks in Puerto Rico but spoke about 'the elephant in the room'

The newest member of the Supreme Court addressed what she described as the "elephant in the room" during a judicial conference in Puerto Rico.

The “neediest among us” will suffer due to a new Supreme Court decision, according to Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson’s dissent from the ruling. Joined by Justice Sonia Sotomayor, Jackson said Congress can fix the issue.
