Compass Minerals (CMP) appointed Patrick Merrin as new COO and Peter Fjellman as new CFO. Merrin’s appointment is effective March 3 and fills the COO position which has been open since June 2024.

CFO Peter Fjellman reported consolidated revenue of $307 million for Q1 2025, a 10% year-over-year decline, with adjusted EBITDA at $32 million and a consolidated net loss of $24 million.
