During an appearance on Thursday's episode of The Pat McAfee Show, ESPN's Peter Schrager reported that Atlanta Falcons quarterback Kirk Cousins is a "viable" trade target for the Steelers if their pursuit of Rodgers comes up short.

Aaron Rodgers remains unsigned deep into the NFL offseason and no movement is expected any time soon. On Thursday, ESPN NFL insider Peter Schrager joined the Pat McAfee Show and discussed Rodgers and where things stand with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

According to NBC Sports' Mike Florio, Pittsburgh is "in play" to acquire Jets receiver Allen Lazard, someone who has played alongside Rodgers since his 2018 rookie season in Green Bay. Last season, Lazard hauled in 37 passes for 530 yards and six touchdowns.
