Pro Football Focus recently crafted a way-too-early 2026 NFL mock draft that had Los Angeles selecting a defensive back. The site predicted that they will draft Malik Muhammad with the 23rd pick. The Texas cornerback is not the most athletic but he more than makes up for it with his incredible ball skills.

The Chargers used nine of their 10 drafts picks entering the NFL Draft and came away with a number of elite players, including UNC’s Omarion Hampton.
