Marcus Jordan now says he has a substance abuse issue following his Florida DUI arrest last month . In court filings obtained by multiple outlets, Jordan’s lawyer requested to the court that his client be allowed to enter a substance abuse program, adding that he would waive his right to a speedy trial if the judge granted the motion.

Marcus Jordan has admitted he has issues with substance abuse just weeks after he was hit with a DUI and found in possession of drugs. In a new court filing obtained by TMZ Sports, Jordan's legal team is looking for a judge to order him to complete a Pre-Trial Substance Abuse Education and Treatment Intervention Program to help him overcome "challenges" related to his "alcohol/substance use.
