Songwriter Jake Holmes has filed litigation surrounding the song's use in the Becoming Led Zeppelin documentary.

Original songwriter Jake Holmes, who settled a separate suit over the Zeppelin track in 2011, claims he hasn't been properly credited for early versions by the Yardbirds

He opened for Jimmy Page's Yardbirds and played his music, and the Yardbirds drummer, Jim McCarty, was a fan. So much so that he and the Yardbirds created their version of the tune, which became a staple in the band's concerts.
