One of the first changes Cowboys players became aware of when they arrived for offseason work was a reorganized locker room.

Some of the changes Brian Schottenheimer has made to the Dallas Cowboys are a bit more tangible. Schottenheimer decided to change the seating arrangement in the locker room, notably pairing offensive star Dak Prescott next to defensive star Micah Parsons.

It remains to be seen what kind of season the Dallas Cowboys will have in 2025 under new head coach Brian Schottenheimer, who takes over the job following the departure of previous HC Mike McCarthy.
