The New York Giants are signing Notre Dame wide receiver Beaux Collins, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler. Kansas wide receiver Quentin Skinner is signing with the New York Jets, according to Fox Sports' Jordan Schultz. The deal includes $185,000 guaranteed, per Schultz.
