A man and woman are facing a slew of criminal charges in connection with an alleged home invasion and stabbing in Waltham on Saturday, authorities said.

Two suspects were arrested following a stabbing incident at a residence on Bacon Street on Feb. 1, the Waltham Police Department reported. Officers responded to the scene at approximately 4:39 p.m. and found a 59-year-old victim who had been stabbed.

Both Watts and Ondris are charged with attempted murder, home invasion, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault with a dangerous weapon, police said. Police do not believe the incident was random.
