Two high-rise office buildings in New York City’s United Nations complex will be getting bond-funded upgrades.

The IDF says its troops did not know the building was a UN facility, but the UN has said the attack was "not an accident".

The United Nations Development Corporation will offer $365 million in bonds in part to finance renovations and capital improvements to properties adjacent to its headquarters in New York City.
