Williams has had quite the career in sports, but she is now working for the first time at a school — as the new Director of Athletics at the University of Illinois Chicago.

On the women’s side, beyond area NCAA Tournament participants Notre Dame and Illinois, three in-state teams are in the WNIT field: UIC (14-17), Western Illinois (16-16) and Illinois State (21-12).
