Flavorful Chard & Mushroom Melts: A Grown Up TwistFor this one, I used Rainbow chard or you could swap it for Swiss chard, spinach or any other softer green. Or use a hardier green like kale or collard and cook both the leaves and stems a bit longer.
The rainbow chard can be substituted with silverbeet or try combining with spinach, curly kale or cavolo nero. If using cavolo nero remember to pull away its central stem as it can be coarse.
