A man has been arrested after police say he shot and killed a teen at a house party on prom night in Powder Springs over the weekend.

Police also identified Holmes as the woman they believe ordered the shootings of four teens on prom night in Huntington on May 22, 2005. Police say Holmes denies any involvement with that case.
