The New York Giants opened their two-day rookie minicamp on Friday and were forced inside the fieldhouse due to inclement weather in the northeast. Before taking the field, the Giants made a series of transactions,

"It's going to have to grow on me a little bit but it's feeling good right now," Carter said. "It's pretty much what we had available so it's a good number."
