He was later arraigned at the Johnstown City Court, where he was remanded to the Fulton County Correctional Facility in lieu of a $2,500 cash, $15,000 bond, or a $30,000 partially secured bond.

A Johnstown man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly having sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 15. William Fox, 52, was charged with two counts of rape in the second degree.
